Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide project planning, coordination and technical advice to facilitate installation, removal and relocation of equipment
- Arrange for supervision of subcontractors for the life of the project
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly communication and reports to all local and federal stakeholders
- Track projects progress, risk and issues to avoid negative impacts to schedule, cost or overall performance
- Conduct, plan and manage site preparation and restoration activities
- Prepare project plans, assessment and final sign off packages
- Be responsible for project coordination, scheduling meetings and overall project schedule
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s of Science degree in an Engineering, Construction or closely related field is strongly desired but not required
- A High School or Trade School Diploma or its equivalent is mandatory
- Three (3) years minimum of project management experience is required
- Experience performing and managing construction related activities
- Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors, vendors and deliveries
- Experience in supporting civil and electrical design and assessment activities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with reading civil, architectural and electrical drawings
- Ability to assess drawing packages and provide redlines / as-built notations
- Proficient with MS Office Suite to include: MS Word, Excel and MS Project Scheduling
- Ability to develop a detail project schedule in MS Project with multiple tasks, resources and contingencies
- Ability to develop detail project design, assessment, implementation and closeout documentation in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
- Ability to telecommute as required (30% to 20%) as required
- Flexibility with overnight or night shift hours if needed
- Have an Active US Passport
- The ability to successfully pass a drug screen and federal background check is required
Work Environment:
- This position is primarily performed in a busy operational environment
